I've just moved in across the road from this chinese take away and I'm never out of the place. I love it. Service is quick and polite. Food is great and the medium portion option and special offer of main meal plus rice in one dish is excellent value.
Am taking all my guests here in the future, saves me burning their dinner! -

The worst customer service I've ever experienced from a take away! My girlfriend and I have been going here every week recently as it's relatively cheap. However last night they got the order wrong and gave us chips instead of rice. These things happen, so my girlfriend phoned and politely asked if we could get our correct order, only to be argued with. The man on the phone insisted that she was wrong and had ordered chips, and ended up shouting at her down the phone in what turned out to be a lengthy argument which he was determined to win, rather than resolve. She took the chips back and asked for them to be refunded, which was met with further hostility. When she told them they'd just lost a customer the response was 'WE DON'T CARE!' And he continued to shout at her that she had ordered chips as she left the take away.
When the order was placed I heard her ask for rice, and when I went in to collect it I tried to list our order but the man rudely cut me off. I should add that they've never been particularly polite. However, this outburst was something else!
